Insurance:
I currently do not accept insurance but would be happy to complete any forms necessary if your insurance covers out-of-network providers.

Reduced Fees:
I offer reduced fees on a sliding scale and on a limited basis for individuals who cannot afford my full rate.

Payment:
I accept all major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy:
Please cancel scheduled sessions at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise you will be required to pay the full cost for the session.
